I rebooted and did hit F6 and tried to install drivers from floppy. Rid even have to install sata drivers at the OS XP install. Posted on Jun 24, With one HDD you can’t create a raid. You do not need to install RAID drivers, as you only have one drive.

This days BIOS comes with only few thing to configure. It also recognized my gig HDD.

Sorry this didn’t help. Make sure Raid is turned off in your Bios first. Floppy has two folders Pide and Raid. Found others that installed raid and others installed sata or sata 2 that worked.
